Maintenance Error

Our server is running great, but I am getting this message intermittently:
 
The server is not responding or cannot be reached. Please try again later. If the problem continues, please check your internet connection or contact your system administrator for assistance.
 
The was also another message about Maintenance, does anyone have any insight on this?
