Troubles with access to any account under domain

Good day! 
We use SmarterMail, today we lost access to any mailboxes in it. Password or e-mail is not correct. When i try to recover it by using "Forgot password" - "Your account is locked or there is no backup address on file" Only me have access to the password for Admin profile and nobody else. When i send mail to admin mail i receive answer - "Your message wasn't delivered to admin@petroweld.kz because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. " Domain is available till 07.07.2020. What should  i  do to recover access to Admin profile or clarify the problem?
