Setting up SMTP Relay - e.g. Sendgrid

Is it possible to set up an external SMTP Relay service like SendGrid in SmarterMail ?
1. If yes, is it possible to do it on a per domain basis  (we need only some of our domains' emails go out thru SendGrid) ?
2. If yes, does it use SendGrid's SMTP or Web API interface ?  I would prefer the Web API.
