I'm seeing some egregious spam lately, and the messages are passing through the RBLs I have set up -- every one gets passed.  Today I ran a few of those ip addresses through Spamcop, and they're listed.  Is it possible I have something misconfigured here?  This is version 16, the RBL lists are set up, and the logs show checks are happening -- but all say passed.
