SmarterMail Should Display Message Spam Weight for 'Delivered' Messages too.

Right now, only mail not delivered to the inbox reports the spam weight in logs, but I recommend it should show scores for regularly delivered mail as well (messages that did not score higher than SPAM LOW scores).

Already, it provides the Weight for every other message which did not make it to the inbox.
