Spam checks page shows all rows

Regardless of the number of rows selected all rows are displayed on the 'Spam Checks' page. It's has been this way for a year or so and I hoped it would be fixed by now but I've checked in the latest beta of 17 and it's still the same. If you have hundreds of custom spam check rules it becomes unusable. Is there a work around until this gets resolved?

Steve, thank you for bringing this to our attention.  I was able to replicate the issue.  It has been added to our bugs list.

This issue has been fixed and will be included in the next maintenance release of 16.3 and the 17 beta.

Okay so I now have only 25 rows displayed after upgrading but I haven't got navigation anymore so I can't get to the next 25, do you have the same?
