Email Subjects & Content Disappear

We've seen this several time with probably 10-20 users. Entire sections of what are real emails lose their content and subject. Attached is a photo of this. The date and size is still there, but everything else is gone.

1. What is causing this?

2. How can we prevent it?

3. How can we recover these emails?

Hi Adam. What's the exact version you're seeing this issue in? Go to mail.domain.com/about/checkup.aspx

And we've seen in it in previous versions as well. It's rare. Like I said 10-20 times over the last year among 200+ users.

Rod,

We upgraded to 16 a few weeks ago and are on the latest version and this still is happening. See photo in my thread reply.
