Public files in File Storage all show the same URL

Resolved
When clicking on a public file in File Storage to share the file, it gives the same URL for all files regardless of the folder they are stored in. In this case, the URL links to the first file in the root folder of File Storage. This began happening when Smarter Mail was upgraded to 16.x and only appears to happen with files that were stored before the upgrade (We've tested this by uploading new files and they all give different / correct URL's for the file.)

    For the user that is having trouble, if you can send me a link to download that user's fileStore.xml file found in 
C:\SmarterMail\Domains\<domain>\Users\<user>\FileStore\fileStore.xml
 
You can send me the link by clicking on my profile and shooting me a DM with a link. I can use this file to figure out what could be causing the problem and I can apply a remedy into the next minor release. This file does not contain any file data but it does contain filenames, along with other pieces of data like file size and the download url.

This has been fixed and will be in the next SM 16 minor.
 
David, I sent you a DM with a link to a custom build with this fix, that way you can apply it early. If anyone else needs this before our next minor release, message me.
