I have users trying to share and edit contacts on a shared contact list. The users have full access to make changes and updates, but once they add or change a contact the contact does not show in any the contact list even after saving, and then about 1/2 hour later multiple copies of the contact show up.. This is the same with edits. They would make the edits re-open it as the changes would not show and than a bit later the edit shows up. 

 

This is not workable. Please advise.
