In Smartermail 15 you could change the view default between HTML and text messages. In SM 16 the option seems to be gone. Here is the rub before the upgrade I had my box in text mode. Now there appears to be no way to set the default compose mode back to HTML?

 

How do I solve this. Is there a setting somewhere?  Also were did the Response text prefix characters go? I don't see that option anymore.
