Messages sent to wrong inbox when hosted on same Smartermail Server

I have a Smartermail server hosting two separate domains.  The problem is that if a user has accounts on both domains, messages may be delivered to the inbox of the wrong domain.  I thought this was an Outlook problem, but it occurs at a lower level, as I have observed the messages sitting in the inbox from the webmail portal.
 
I have searched extensively and tried to reset ost files, etc.  Looking for some further guidance.

This has been an ongoing problem ever since I installed SmarterMail. I don't know why it's not getting any attention from the developers or support team....
