What are the best settings for spam detection, I have enabled greylisting.sting yet I am receiving spams. 

 

Second, I have noticed spammers are using whitelist domains to send spam emails, is there any way we can filter emails with specific keywords?

Like any email has keywords like "xyz zya"  should automatically reject by the server or something.
