advanced search not working properly anymore

Not A Problem
Good morning, 
Since the last update the advanced search does nt work properly anymore. When I search the tickets based on an emailaddress, it shows also many other tickets from other emailaddresses. (I think It just shows all tickets.) 
 
Another problem is, that when I search the system for tickets, I also see tickets that I am not allowed to see (from other departments.)
 
Could you look into this please?

Hi, Roeland. This is another one I can't seem to replicate on the latest version of SmarterTrack: using advanced search on an email address and seeing other addresses....if I search for a specific address, I see only returns featuring that address.
 
As for seeing tickets in other departments, you can check the Options for one of those departments. There's a setting: "Allow all agents to see the contents of this department" -- if that option is checked, then tickets from that department WILL show up when doing an advanced search. Simply uncheck that box for those departments to remove this behavior.

Hi derek,
After I cleared the cache the problem was gone. I guess it shows all items requested + all items from cache.

Yeah, after an update it's always a good idea to clear your browser cache as it can relieve some artifact issues across the board.
