Hi, Roeland. This is another one I can't seem to replicate on the latest version of SmarterTrack: using advanced search on an email address and seeing other addresses....if I search for a specific address, I see only returns featuring that address.
As for seeing tickets in other departments, you can check the Options for one of those departments. There's a setting: "Allow all agents to see the contents of this department" -- if that option is checked, then tickets from that department WILL show up when doing an advanced search. Simply uncheck that box for those departments to remove this behavior.
