Send and received in Outlook 2016 shows sending 1 of 82 and there are no emails in the outbox.

I have had two clients with Outlook, showing it try to send emails that are not in the outbox. Any clue?
Repaired PST/OST still the same.
SM 16.3.6600

Having the same issue even with latest SmarterMail 16.3.6607. It seems my last report they don't even seem to care about this. It's outlook 2016 issue or SmarterMail?
 
The only way you can do now is set it to Domain or None in Required Auth Match in SMTP IN protocol.
