Message Throttling

I'm having an issue where the server shows that one domain has 422,663 delayed messages. When I try to drill down past the domain and look to see which user the messages belonged to there are no users with throttled messages.  I also looked in the messages totals for that domain and there are not even close to that many incoming or outgoing messages. 
 
Is it possible to see which messages were delayed?
Why would none of the users show delayed messages if the domain shows delayed messages?
Why would the delayed total not be reflected in the total incoming and outgoing messages for that domain?
 
Any help would be appreciated.
