Hey

if I click on the "FAQ" Button the browser opens "support.mydomain.com/kb/root.aspx"
There I will only find a few articles, the searchbar and the link to the folders.

Do you have any idea what I can do if I want to access "support.mydomain.com/kb/c1" instead of "root.aspx" when I click on the "FAQ" Button?

SmarterTrack does not currently support this capability. This button is built specifically to take you to your list of articles. We will discuss adding a feature to select a target article instead of the Knowledge Base directory.

hmmm

there is no way to redirect in IIS or something like this?

It´s not really nice that you have to do one more click to reach the overview of all articles AND (thats more important) users don´t find what they are looking for with the first view and do not click to see the overview :-(
