Don't remove user from Inactive Users when impersonating
Idea shared by Emmet McGovern - 1/18/2018 at 2:29 PM
Completed
We frequently audit our server for mailbox abandonment.  We use the Inactive Users report and investigate the domain.  It would be nice if managing the domain (impersonating admin or other user) doesn't log a time and remove that user from the Inactive Users report.

We're on 15, but i searched and didn't see that this behavior had been changed in 16.

Hi Emmet!

I wanted to let you know that this request has been implemented. In our upcoming SmarterMail release, impersonating a user will no longer make them appear on the User Activity > Online Users report.

"CHANGED: Impersonated users no longer show up as “Online Users”."

The Inactive EAS ActiveSync list was very helpful, not it appears that the report page is gone in the newest version. Can we get that page back? Right now I'm having to a lookup an email address one by one and search them in the EAS logs. Painful.
