Malware file picked up in webmaster tools, in the attachment/download folder

We have a warning in webmaster tools that there is a malware file on one of our clients email accounts.

The problem is is that you can click on it and it will download the harmful file to your computer from the attachment/download folder. Is that folder supposed to be accessible to the public?
 
How do I go about finding it and deleting it?
