Chat Drop down Requirement is not properly checked

Please notice how on www.smartertools.com , both the Online and Offline Chat drop down box displays "SmarterMail*" by default, but the same drop down on the standard ticket page says, "Choose One". Both are required however, the drop down on the standard ticket page has the intelligence to determine when a selection has been made. The Chat drop down will assume that the default selection is the users choice.
