Hi,

I am on SM 15.x latest build,

 

There is a user complaining about missing emails in inbox folder but when i go to physical folder and check the inbox folder size it should about 4-5 gb but on webmail it just shows last 2 days email, does this mean inbox is corrupt ?

i tried reindexing the user but not of much help.

 

pls advice
