big problem, after installing v 16.3.6579 some messages are delivered continuously, as if the delivery was not registered.
In the log file you can see some strange codes:

The spool is full..
I ask you to find a solution quickly!

Every time we do an update there seems to be a new bug, is it possible to better test the updates before putting them into production?

Thank you

I've been waiting over three months for a fix that caused an & in a domain name that a member of my team did to delete the mistake. They have acknowledged. I anticipate SmarterMail 18 to fix the problem as they are focused on version 17 now rather than fixing 16 first. I see only minor items being added to 16 now. They know they screwed up 16 but are treating it like Windows Me or Windows Vista and ignoring the problem and hope they can get version 17 out before people jump ship. We have lost one customer which would have doubled our revenue install base but when they read the forum they opted to do their 250 install on gmail instead. I just hope they fix the problem before it becomes too late and we ourselves have to switch to gmail or another product as well.

I didn't renew the maintance agreement this year. I stayed on version 15 and I'm in a wait and see mode.

We've lost quite a few clients as well. Still have upset clients (a large one that moved to us this year from Office365) related to EAS. Last update we installed (before the current one) broke DKIM signing and a few of our customers that use scanners.

Gotta give it to Matt and Von-Austin See though, they knock out our reports quick.
