SmatmertMail 16 API - Domain Default Settings Ignored

When create a new mail domain through WSPPanel and MSPControl, which I believe uses your older API in SmarterMail 16 the mail domain is created but all the default settings are ignored.

You end up with a mail domain that has no Mail Host Name, max message size set to 10 KB so can not receive emails, and all other default settings left empty of blank.
