Smarter track 13 - changes in the visibility of standard fields

Hello
in smarter track 13 it is no longer possible to manage the visibility of standard fields. Only custom fields can be made visible or invisible. In 13, the date field starting on the tickets is no longer shown and it is no longer possible to make this field visible. Only duration and idle are shown, but not the start date. For our way of working this information was essential. Why is it not possible to make some standard fields visible?

I agree and I hope to see these areas fixed as soon as possible.

With the new content pane, we have had to rework how the information is displayed and sorted. We have limited the fields visible to insure that the grid items were not so large as to make only a few visible at a time. 
 
We are currently discussing and working on ways to improve this area. We will add your request to our discussions.

I agree not to immediately put all the fields in the grid but I do not understand why not leave the possibility to the user to customize the fields by selecting those of interest.
Above all, I do not understand why you can add custom fields and not standard fields.
