DKIM error
Problem reported by Patrick Mattson - 1/3/2018 at 2:44 PM
Resolved
Have a customer I have set up her DKIM properly.  When I send to Google as a test I get the following error in the header
ARC-Authentication-Results: i=1; mx.google.com;
       dkim=neutral (bad format) header.i=@example.com

I am currently running version 16.3.6572.

I pass the mxtoolbox tests.  My current settings
Body Canonicalization: Simple
Header Canonicalization: Simple
Header Fields to Use: All non-repeatable fields (This field I changed but the only thing it did was change my DNS record and key)

Hi Patrick.  I have a build that will fix this issue.  Please uninstall your current version of SmarterMail 16, and then download and install this version.

Yep, we reported this and was supposed to be fixed.

That seems to have fixed it. Some users reported emails started working again. Thanks.

Hello Rod,
I've the version: 16.3.6572 - it's resolved on this version?
I'm not sure if it's the same problem.
When I test DKIM on this site: http://dkimvalidator.com/
I get:
Validating Signature
result = fail
Details: OpenSSL error: data too small for key size

Testing here http://www.appmaildev.com/en/dkim/
I get:
DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; c=relaxed/relaxed;
d=jervispereira.pt; s=cloudvps;
DKIM-Result: permerror (h=headers absent)

Is this related?
On other sites the validate the DKIM it look normal.

Do you have any suggestion?

Regards,
Helio Felix
