IN SM spool view as an administrator some message does not show their content

When I try to view a message in the Spool (i'm ADMIN), some message show their text content and some other doesn't.
It's a BUG or there's a reason to that?

In the latest version of SmarterMail 16, the spool doesn't refresh automatically, are you attempting to open a message that has already been delivered ? if so, when you attempt to open the message, a call will be made to load the EML file from the Spool, if this file has already been delivered, the content cannot display message is to be expected. 
 
Before loading a message that's been known to fail to load the content, try refreshing the spool to see if the message goes away. If it does it has been delivered, if it's still present and throwing the error, please check the status of the message. If it is set to 'Receiving' the message is still being received and may not be viewable at that time.

The issue is with message in the spool.
I can see headers and recipient, but in many (not all) messages we cannot see the content of the mail (TXT or HTML).

I am having the same problem and the email is NOT gone.  Many of these messages have been in the spool 40h or more; they are probably undeliverable.  Yet I can't see the message content.  I'm running SM 16.3.6592 but this problem has been around a very long time.  Apparently I don't have rights to add an image... or you could see a screen shot of a spool message with no message.

Thanks Robert, hope that it gets fixed. It is hard to determine if messages are spam when you can't read them.

Can you update to the latest version of v16 and test if this is still an issue? We are having difficulty reproducing it and if it is still a problem in the latest release we are going to have to get samples of messages that are causing this.

Even in the latest there's the same issue, no changes.

Hello Gabriele, If you are still seeing the issue with the latest, including the one we released today, could you open a support ticket on the issue so that we can get sample emls to reproduce the problem.

Tested even with latest v16.3.6621, same issue. I will open a ticket later...

Tested with 16.3.6628. It has the same issue. I did submit a ticket.

The fixed bug doesn't seem appear in the release notes. Just want to make sure that this is fixed and included in 6638 before I update.

It seems to be solved, but there's another issue: in SM 15 the mail in SPOOL can be pre-viewed in HTML or in plain TXT.
 
Now in SM 16 it seems that the only chance to see them is in TXT, not in HTML:
 
 
 
Preview of some HTML mails show only the HTML code (RAW content?), not the text into email and it's unreadable.
 
 
Is this an ISSUE or a MISSING FEATURE ?
