Cannot Unblock an IDS block of type internal spammer

Resolved
We have custom rules in place to stop users from sending too many messages in under a certain amount of time.
Currently, these accounts are added to the IDS Blocks list, and cannot be removed from this list until the time set to block has run up.
 
It would be very useful if we could simply remove them from this list. Restarting the SM service clears them, but that is not a viable option during operating hours.

What version of SmarterMail are you running? In SM 16 there is an Unblock option for current IDS blocks.

Robert, we are on 16.3.6554
I can see the unblock option, and it works on rules that catch IP addresses, but it will not allow me to remove entries under the Internal Spammer type.

I was able to replicate the behavior. This has been added to our bugs list and changing this thread type to Problem.

This has been resolved and will be in the next minor release. Let me know if you'd like a pre-release build before the next release (tentatively scheduled for this Friday, 22 Dec).
