Smartermail local delivery failed but external working

HELP !!!

it is a working server.
For no reason, local delivery don't work. a sender of user1@ABC.com cannot send to user2@ABC.com
 
Steps done
restarted server
service
rename spool and create new
DNS change
remove DNS cache.
...
reboot server a few times.. nothing work. not the typical issue
