Smartermail Junk mails not getting downloaded

I'm having a issue with junk mail i doesn't get downloaded to outlook junk folder but the mails are in the junk folder in webmail anyone how to fix the issue

Hi Indika. Are you using POP or IMAP in your mail client? If you are using POP, the items in the Junk Email folder will not download, as only things in the inbox are downloaded when using POP.

My pleasure! Yes, if you use IMAP, all of the folders you see in your webmail account will download into Outlook.
