Integrate AD authentication per site created.

It would be great to add users/groups to access site stats for each site created.  This would allow multiple users to see stats without giving out the admin password.

After internal discussions, we have decided not to implement this feature. The reasoning is that the majority of SmarterStats users are ISP or hosting providers and their clients where active directory is not used.
