How to remove folders in "Inbox"?

I have added an external mailbox to be download into my SmarterMail account. However by accident I set the folder to download to the default "Inbox" (I think).
 
Now I have the following folders inside the default Inbox: "Inbox", "Junkmail", "Sent Mail" & "Deleted Items"......I changed the external mailbox to download to a different folder but now I can't seem to delete these folders in the Inbox; when I right-click the folders there is no option to remove it.
 
How do I remove these folders?
 
I'm using 16.3.6544.
