SM16 Mail Attachment not going with mail

While sending mail with attachment only content is received by the end user not Attachment, we have to attach again and again until its delivery with attachment. Please Help to solve this issue. Thanks

What version of SmarterMail are you running?  Are you using the webmail interface to add the attachments and send the emails?  Are you using a third-party client to add the attachments and send email like Outlook or eM Client?

Smartermail version is 16.3.6508 and we using webmail interface as well as Outlook , in both same issue.

Hariharan, the 9 November release addressed an issue with attachments not being sent with emails. Please update to the latest public release found here.
