Number of displayed binded ports potentially incorrect

In Settings > Bindings > Ports:
When a port binding is deleted, its <IPBindItem> remains in mailConfig.xml
 
This leads to a potential wrong number of displayed ports in Settings > Bindings > IP Adresses:
This number reflects the number of <IPBindItem>s
