Increase Session Timeout

Hoping to save a support ticket. Does anyone know how to increase the session timeout for SmarterMail chat?

The reason I'm asking is one of our customers is using the chat feature but if they are inactive after 2 hrs their session times out.
 
We're using SmarterMail Enterprise Edition Version 15.7.6508
