RBL - Remove spky.me from default configuration

It seems that spky.me was created during a default smartermail 16 clean installation.
 
SmarterTools might want to consider excluding this out.

We've removed Protected Sky from the default RBL configuration. This will be handled by the next minor built. Thanks for pointing it out.
