False positives SPAM 16.3.6467

Hi all,
We are seeing more false positives on Spam from email addresses that we have been communicating with for quite some time. We are running 16.3.6467, it does not appear to be domain specific. 
 
No changes at the domain level.
 
What are the recommended spam settings that we should check, Right now we are spending more time that normal looking thru the spam folders every few hours.

It may be worth mentioning how your high level spam filtering is configured, i.e. list of RBLs, if you are using Commtouch, Sniffer, weights assigned, etc.
