We recently starting seeing duplicate emails from SmarterTrack (intermittently). Has anyone seen this issue before? We are on Exchange 2010SP3. I was wondering if there is a throttling policy we would need to enforce on exchange or possibly some setting within the SmarterTrack application that can alleviate this. We have not made changes to either Exchange or the SmarterTrack software as far as I know, so that why this is puzzling.
