Duplicate emails from SmarterTrack 10.5.5515

Good Morning,
 
We recently starting seeing duplicate emails from SmarterTrack (intermittently). Has anyone seen this issue before? We are on Exchange 2010SP3. I was wondering if there is a throttling policy we would need to enforce on exchange or possibly some setting within the SmarterTrack application that can alleviate this. We have not made changes to either Exchange or the SmarterTrack software as far as I know, so that why this is puzzling.

Hi Andre.  If you're running SmarterTrack in IIS, make sure that the SmarterTrack Web Server is disabled, as that will cause duplicate messages.

Thank you, we do appear to be running Smarter Track in IIS. There is a service called Smarter Track Web Server, I'm gussing that's what you are referring to. I'm not as familiar with Smarter Track as I should be.
I'll try that out and let you know what we come up with.

Hi Andre. Yes, make sure that service is not running, and it should be disabled. That should stop your duplicate tickets within SmarterTrack.
