Domain Reports stopped working

All of a sudden we are facing a new problem with SM16. Whenever we want to change report type from trend to domains it won't take effect and only shows trend report.
Also changing dates doesn't work altogether. 
In chrome console there is specific error:
"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request)"
for URL
This particular URL might cause the current issue but how can we debug this in first place?

Is Message Bandwidth the only report having this behavior? Are you able to switch to the domains view in others?

It's affecting every single report.
Also it's not limited to domain view, We can't change the date either.

You should certainly open a ticket.

We resolved this issue by uninstalling and reinstall SM with latest updates and the issue is solved now.
