Smartermail Enterprise 7.6 - can't attach file as attachment on WebMail interface

Hi All,

Need some help. The problem i facing is can't attach file as attachment on WebMail interface. I have read this two solution but it is not bring any solution to me. The problem still happen.

I also have restart the SmarterMail server but nothing happen so far. Any advice?

I would recommend upgrading to the latest version (actually, just go to 15.x). I can confirm that version allows you to attach files and works well.

If that's not an option because you don't have software renewal, we could offer you a hosted SmarterMail service. If interested, send me a private message.

This is not really a solution as upgrading is not worth it for us at the moment

The funny thing is the attachment can be attach if I'm using IE browser. Using Mozilla and Chrome, it's not work.

I have the same problem - the files attach fine in IE but not in Chrome and Firefox. Did you ever find a fix for this problem? Upgrading is not an option as it's not worth it for the number of domains we have left with us,
