Missing Signature
Problem reported by John Marx - October 2, 2017 at 2:13 PM
Resolved
We have had several clients complaining that the signature is no longer showing in their new or replies. We have confirmed this with them and they do have a signature. Any suggestions how we can get the signatures to show? We are on the latest version of 16.

Is this in webmail or when using a client? If a client, which client is it?

Have you made sure that the signature is mapped to the user they're sending from? That's about the only thing I can think of...

This is handled at both the domain and the user level, depending on the account.

John,

I just found out there's a bug in 16 where if the "birthdate" variable wasn't found or used, that could blank out the signature. It's been fixed for the upcoming release. If you like we can send you a pre-release build, or you can wait for the minor release this Friday. Just let me know.

We are on 15.1 and have the same issue in outlook. Footers work, signatures dont. Also a restart of service was required to get signatures started .  See: portal.smartertools.com/community/a1092/is-there-a-master-email-template-i-can-edit.aspx
