Frustrations with SmarterMail 16 Reply Body Text box Not showing

SmarterMail seems to do this quite frequently. 
We updated to the most recent version and still have problems
SmarterMail Enterprise Edition
Version: 16.3.6467

I have encountered this issue also and I reported it in an earlier post. I have a user that uses the latest version of Chrome on Windows 10 and it happens on her machine. I have a test box here with the same version of Chrome and OS and it does not happen. Both browsers have no extensions added. I can't explain what the difference is...

I'm on a mac. Chrome 60 and 61 do this.
I'm on Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
