SmarterMail 16 - Show Number of Domains after Administrator Login

Proposed
I believe that after an administrator logs in, the system should display the number of domains on the SmarterMail Server.

The number of domains just to the right of domains as well as the current number of users

Domains (1,234 domains, 34,567 users)
