Hi,

    We are using Smartermail 16 Enterprise edition. It is observed that indexing service is consuming very high CPU so we have to keep it off. But if we keep it off, email search becomes very slow. 

 

My question related to this is, is there any way that we can start/stop indexing service automatically using API or some other way, so that we can turn on nightly when we do not have more active users and turn it off when usage is high. 

 

Please help.
