"NaN" shows up in the body of every email composed via webmail
Problem reported by Joe Dellaragione - 8/17/2017 at 5:58 AM
Resolved
So when any of my users logs into webmail and clicks COMPOSE the body of the message is prefilled with "NaN".

Any idea what is causing this? I went through the settings and I have no custom footer set and I have not made any other changes EXCEPT for setting up throttling which should not affect this.

Any ideas? This is happening to ALL users ...

Hi Joe,

This isn't something I've seen before. What version of SmarterMail are you running?
Joe Dellaragione Replied
Latest version ... I just upgraded last week.

Tried it on IE and Chrome.

I also get that a lot when replying to emails. When I hit reply or reply all the email body displays NaN instead of email being replied to.

Thanks! Looks like a SM issue, could we get this sent over to engineering?

Does this only happen on reply/forward or do you also see it on a new blank message?
Joe Dellaragione Replied
For me its on NEW emails. The other poster gets it in replies.

I get it sometimes in all cases. New, Reply, Reply All, Forward
