It appears that if I create an ALL DAY calendar event from webmail for an outlook sync calendar outlook shows that event as 12:00 the day before to 12:00 the day of. And it shows up on Outlook as the wrong day. Creating the event in outlook works fine. I checked and the time zone settings are correct on the server, client, and in webmail.
