I am running SmarterMail v15.7.6390 and just noticed when a user has "Disable Greylisting" checked, it works fine when connecting directly to the server, however if I connect to my Incoming Gateways it will refuse emails due to Greylistings, it is like it is not checked.
I have been using Incoming Gateways for years, on prior versions of SmarterMail, like v14, v13, etc.. and have tested and this worked fine.
I am not sure when it broke, or if some file might be corrupt causing this issue. If I have time, I will setup a virtual box to test more.
At this point, I wanted to reach out to the community so anyone running Incoming Gateways can test this for me, to see if it works for them using same version of SmarterMail if possible, before I open a support ticket.
