Phantom IP issue in IP bindings / server blacklist

Our server blacklist checker has an extra IP in it from many years ago, I cannot seem to find where the heck it is coming from. The IP is not in the IP Bindings of SmarterMail, it is not on the server, but SmarterMail is doing blacklist checks on it.
 
Any ideas?

I removed the IP from the BlacklistAwareResults.xml file, the IP is now gone, will see what happens when SmarterMail runs the checks once again.
