Gmail to SM - email not delivered.

Please anyone have you ever faced this error below. Am facing this issue now, any clue to resolve this issue please ?
Gmail to Smartermail (13.x) is not working where as SM to Gmail delivered properly.
Should i check Domain hosting part or internal server 
Error message below:
"Message not delivered:
Your message couldn't be delivered to mraja@mydomain.com because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information.
The response was:
550 Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. mail-yw0-f174.google.com [209.85.161.174]:33365 is not permitted to relay through this server without authentication."

Are you using an e-mail client like Outlook and Thunderbird? Can you send to any e-mail address (not just your SM domain)? The error looks like your workstation is trying to send from google; but did not "log in" or have a stored password, so google's servers see it as just impersonation (not a valid user actually logged in) and shut it down because of the likelihood that all impersonation is spam.

Hello Matthew, Thanks for your comment. To answer to your question of "Impersonation", i tried to thru IE by entering user name and password in gmail. After sending email from gmail to my SM ID, still i get an error gmail itself.

As to expand our discussion, here the inputs are below.

1> We bought this domain a long ago from Name.com
2> We have a spoof record too.
3> The Domain hosting at bluehost.com
4> Now we are able to send email from hotmail.com to mydomain.com, previously not.

Is there any thing to checked at name.com ?

I doubt again MX Part of my domain in name.com registrar side. Should i check something on MX Record of my domain ?
What should i mind about it please ?

What do you get when you go to mxtoolbox.com; put in yourdomain and then click on the smtp test? Should look kind of like below:

SMTP Banner Check Reverse DNS does not match SMTP
Banner More Info
SMTP TLS Warning - Does not support TLS. More Info
SMTP Reverse DNS Mismatch OK - OurPublicIP resolves to
reverseip, domain
SMTP Valid Hostname OK - Reverse DNS is a valid Hostname
SMTP Connection Time 0.691 seconds - Good on Connection time
SMTP Open Relay OK - Not an open relay.
SMTP Transaction Time 3.017 seconds - Good on Transaction Time
