Slow Download Speed for Attachments

Hi,
 
Is anyone having this issue with SM16? 
 
When I download an attachment from any domain/account within the webmail interface, the download speed dosen`t go faster then 30kbs?!.. tried it on multiple machines, internet speeds, same thing along all of them.
