Unable to Add/Modify Internal Spammer Notification SmarterMail Version - 16.0.6348

Hi guys. We have a customer using SmarterMail Version - 16.0.6348. I tried to modify his Internal Spammer Notification settings. I can change the settings, but when I click Save, the screen refreshes, but it does not save the new settings. When this happened, I figured I would delete the Internal Spammer Notification that was set up and add a new one with the settings that I needed. I was able to delete the notification, but I'm unable to add a new one. When I try, I enter all of the needed info and click Save. The screen refreshes and the new notification does not show up. I tried this in Edge, Firefox, Chrome and IE. All give the same results. I checked the release notes and I don't see that this has been fixed anywhere so I thought I should report it. Thanks.

Linda, I believe this was fixed previously as we reported this issue as well.

Fixed in build 6369
Fixed: Unable to edit the actions for Internal blocked senders content filter.

Thanks for the reply Chris. I'm having an issue with the Internal Spammer Notification. Maybe the 6369 fix will resolve my issue as well. I will have my customer upgrade. :)

Ah - You are correct :) I just skimmed over your post and it sounded exactly like the issue we were having with the internal blocked senders :)

No worries Chris. Thanks for responding. Btw, my customer upgraded to 16.0.6376 tonight, but still has the issue. :(

Hey SmarterTools folks.. my customer upgrade to 16.0.6376 tonight and still has the issue where they are unable to Add/Modify Internal Spammer Notification. What can I do to help them? Do you need me to submit this as a ticket?

Linda -- we'll reach out to you. We'll probably request access to the customer's server as we can't replicate the issue.

Just to update this post.. SmarterTools reached out to me and gave me a custom build which they said should fix this issue. I have forwarded it to my customer and I'm waiting on a response to see if it worked.
