I am trying to understand why the weight attached to custom rules is not being added to the total spam weight (SM 15.5.6222). In an attempt to block the Rayban / Oakley / Pandora spam, that nearly always gets by all of the RBL, etc. checks, I added a custom rule for the info, xyz, and club domains weighted at 10, and a rule for headers containing "from Rayban", etc. also weighted at 10. However, though they catch the issue, the weight is not added to the total spam score. All other scoring works fine and blocks other spam, it's just the custom rules that don't add to the total. For a test, I tried increasing the weighting of the second rule to 90, with no added effect. Part of header and delivery log from one of the emails below. Am I missing something?
